Stock N Lock needed a redesign of their outdated site which they felt didn’t allow for the best user journey when wanting to find the correct information about their storage options. As Pentangle also provide and integrate the quote system, we wanted to combine the website and the quote system in the best way for users to request what they needed.
Pentangle challenged thinking to simplify the visitor journey and make it so much easier to find information. As a WordPress site Pentangle wanted to make sure that Stock N Lock had the flexibility of adding content as easily as they could with no obstacles in the way.
The site now gives a real user friendly journey when wanting to get information about Storage options and then being able to request a quote. Content is spaced out and less cluttered, imagery and brand colours stick out more to show exactly who Stock N Lock are. As the theme is bespoke, Pentangle were able to build the backend to be as user friendly for Stock N Lock to use when adding new pages and content to the site.
